How Soon Can I Expect My Order? We have received many compliments for the fast service within Canada. Thanks for the encouragement! We will do our best to keep up our reputation over the coming year! We try to have all Canadian orders processed & shipped within 48 hours, however, please allow extra time in case of backorders. In most cases, we ship out in stock items right away & the occasional backorder follows as soon as possible. The wait on backorders may only be a few days or weeks however, it can drag on for several months which regretably it's beyond our control. Please specify if you would like backorders cancelled.

Our Prices: You will notice we have often given lower prices for multiple purchases, also on many individual titles as well. However, if you find a lower price elsewhere, let us know & we'll see if we can match it. Just remember, to watch when you think your getting a good deal from somebody, because often the companies with the lowest priced items often charge about double for shipping! (& often take several weeks to get it sent out!)

Do We Accept Purchase Orders? YES! Just be sure & include your PO# & billing & shipping addresses.

Support Group Leaders/Conferences: Let us know how many families are in your support group & we'll send some catalogues to be distributed to each member for FREE! Also let us know if there's a conference that we don't attend that you'd like us to.

Can I come see your goods? YES! We usually have our office staffed 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday. However, we are primarily a mail order business, so are frequently out of the office & may not be available. Call the office for directions to our store!

SATISFACTION IS A MUST! You must be satisfied with your purchase or receive credit for it! Returns must be made within 14 days, accompany invoice & reason for return & be in resalable condition!

You may call direct by dialing 001-306-662-2866 during office hours (8:30-5:30) For oversees orders the easiest way to pay is usually by credit card. (that way they figure out the exchange rate for you!) No G.S.T. or P.S.T. tax on orders to be delivered oversees.

Please allow 2-5 weeks processing time & additional 4-5 weeks "en route" on surface mail. A notice will be sent when your parcel leaves here. For air mail items, allow 1-3 weeks processing time & 2 weeks "en route". We appreciate your patience! As the shipping out of country is so high we are forced to wait on any backorders if at all possible.

School Orders: Orders over $100.00 shipped to a school will receive a 10% discount. Free shipping isn't available for orders over $350.00 on school orders. (as they are already receiving a 10% discount)
